Tyler Zindars
CEO
Tyler attended Illinois Wesleyan University, where he majored in International Business. He holds an Illinois Real Estate Managing Brokers License and is a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, Danville Association of Realtors, and Champaign County Association of Realtors as well as a member of Vermillion Advantage. A passionate real estate expert, Tyler began his career 2005, building and managing vacation rental properties in Jamaica before moving back to the states and investing in his first single family home in 2010. Since then, he has dedicated his time and efforts into growing a business that provides affordable yet modern housing options for Danville and the surrounding area. Tyler is an eternal optimist who has high hopes for raising the bar for the housing market in our area, as well as pushing others to achieve their greatest potential through unique opportunities within the development of the community. Tyler enjoys traveling, boating, and Illinois basketball.
Alexis Zindars
Special Events Coordinator
Alexis graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and later became certified in the area of Special Education at Governor’s State University. She spent eleven years teaching upper elementary students before staying home to raise the Zindars’ three children. They have been married since 2012; at which time they were working on renovating their 3rd single family home. Alexis currently manages their home, family and supports the team in various capacities to maintain a positive environment for employees and tenants. She is knowledgeable and passionate about design and has enjoyed adding the finishing touches to projects big and small that the team has tackled over the years.
Ashton Greer
COO & Director of Investor Relations
Ashton attended Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational and professional development, and Lincoln Christian University where she gained a master’s degree in organizational leadership. She is the Board President at the Fischer Theatre and also owns a growing commercial property development company with her partner. Before joining the team at Zindars Property Management, she worked for 10 years in nonprofit and civic organizations including the City of Danville, OSF Healthcare, and the Vermillion Heritage Foundation. She is a mom to three boys, and a passionate individual who puts her head, heart and soul into her work. She is energetic, resourceful and has an infectious enthusiasm for the Danville community that is a true asset to the team.
Ashlyn Massey
Financial Controller
Ashlyn is a Danville native and attended DACC & Ohio State University where she received her BBA in Accounting. Previously she has worked for Vermillion County as an Executive Administrative Assistant, the Chief Deputy Treasurer, and most recently as the City of Danville’s Comptroller. She currently uses her skills to tackle the finances for Zindars Property Management along with Westwood Equity Partners and has brought an abundance of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to the growing business. Ashlyn is a wife and mother to three young children. Her family enjoys being poolside during the summer months and working on endless projects around the home throughout the year.
Rasheema Fox
Property Manager
Rasheema is originally from Chicago and attended Monmouth College where she obtained her associate’s degree in accounting and business. She moved to Danville at the onset of the Covid pandemic and has been growing with the company since 2022. She works hard to better herself and those around her, always putting her best effort into all she does and taking pride in a job well done. Rasheema played college basketball and continues to stay active raising her five children, taking them to their sporting events and coaching the Danville Seahawks cheerleaders.
Emma Neal
Leasing Agent and Asst. Property Manager
Emma is originally from Mount Vernon, IL and attended Rend Lake College in Ina, Illinois. After college she worked in leasing in Indiana before moving to Danville and finding a position with Zindars Property Management at the beginning of 2024. She now works alongside the team processing applications, renewals, move ins and move outs, and taking care of the turnovers and showings. She holds a Broker’s license and has added a calm, cheerful, and loyal work ethic to the team. Emma lives in Danville with her husband and their two dogs, and enjoys playing basketball.
Tiffany Roedl
Office Assistant
Tiffany graduated from Westville High School and has been living in the area ever since. She has worked in the accounting and billing departments over the years for Walgreens and Carle. You will find her welcoming smile at the front desk where she keeps the office running smoothly by answering the phone, assisting with daily organizational projects, and assisting the team as needed. When she’s not in the office, you will find her working towards a homestead life in rural Westville where she and her boyfriend are dedicated to raising chickens, goats, and cows. Tiffany has two children who keep busy with school activities and chores around the farm.
John Parsons
Lead Maintenance
John has 30 years of previous work experience in remodeling, designing, landscaping, equipment operating, welding, and maintenance. He has worked for Zindars Property Management since 2021 and brings a strong sense of loyalty and dedication, coming to work each day with a hard work ethic and positive attitude. John lives in Danville with his cat and dog and enjoys the great outdoors, spending his time camping, fishing and riding his bike.
Migel Martinez
Construction Crew
Migel began working for Zindars Property Management in 2019 and recently rejoined the team as a key team member working on various construction projects. Migel has a hard work ethic and takes pride in a job well done.
Allen Szott
Maintenance Technician
Allen has had many years in the industry, and he previously worked for Creative Carpentry and Family Home Remodeling. He enjoys being involved with the transition of properties from a distressed state to something he can be proud of, as well as working on big projects from start to finish, while maintaining a sense of pride in seeing them come full circle. Allen has a young son and enjoys music, concerts, and hiking the many trails of Vermillion County.
Cassondra Spann
Cleaning Supervisor
Cassy comes to Zindars Property Management with extensive experience in the cleaning industry. As the founder of Spantastic Cleaning Services, she has provided top-quality cleaning solutions to both residential and commercial spaces over the years. She currently manages the cleaning division, ensuring each unit is turned over to tenants in the best condition possible. She works closely with the team to keep all turnovers cleaned efficiently and ready for new leasing in a timely manner. The quality she provides aligns with our company’s high standards and allows our properties’ finished product to be superior. She is passionate about her two children, and enjoys gardening, crafting, and the arts.
Damariae Dandridge
Janitorial Services
Damariae graduated from Danville High School and has been dwelling in Danville ever since. He previously worked at Walmart for ten years before becoming a custodian at the Danville Riverfront Plaza in 2019. He had been a loyal and hardworking employee of the establishment before Zindars Property Management took ownership and has stayed on after the transition. He enjoys working with the commercial tenants and takes pride in keeping their work environment in top-notch shape.
Jordan Dannenberg
Project Manager
Jordan attended Danville High School and has been working in construction ever since. He has worked on various projects over the years and is currently remodeling his own home in Danville. He began working for Zindars Property Management in 2019. His current role for Zindars Property Management involves overseeing turnovers, work orders, and various construction projects. Jordan enjoys being outdoors, enjoying all that Vermillion County has to offer.
Rich Ingram
Maintenance Technician
Rich grew up in Vermilion County and attended Armstrong High School. Immediately after graduating, he moved to Salt Lake City for seven years and operated heavy equipment for Ninigret Construction. Following that, Rich worked in pest control for a local company, enjoying serving a variety of commercial and residential customers. Rich began working for Zindars Property Management in 2024 and enjoys learning new things and being a part of restoring and preparing quality spaces. He enjoys supporting his two children at sporting events, golfing, and hunting.
Nicole Lewis
Office Manager
Nicole joined the Zindars family in 2024, bringing her extensive expertise in both economic and real estate development. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Florida State University, Nicole has dedicated her career to empowering small businesses and nonprofit organizations, guiding them through growth and strategic development. Known for her keen insights and commitment to community advancement, Nicole has a proven track record of making a positive impact across various industries. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother of two, balancing her professional acumen with her personal passion for family and community well-being.

Tyler Zindars began his career in real estate in 2005, building guest villas and managing a family operated full-service destination wedding resort in Jamaica. He personally oversaw and managed more than 250 destination weddings, while consistently providing a high level of service to thousands of guests over the years.
After returning to the United States in 2010, Tyler began buying and rehabbing bank foreclosures and distressed property in East Central Illinois, building a portfolio of rental properties. After identifying a need for responsive, customer service orientated property management, Tyler decided to launch Zindars Property Management in 2015. We strive to help investors and homeowners to better manage their rental investments, using the latest technology.
In addition to our team of employees, Zindars Property Management hires a number of sub contractors to help complete ongoing projects.
